– All rates quoted in Malaysia Ringgit and inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable SST, currently 8%.

– In compliance with the Malaysian Government’s Tourism Tax applied as of 1st September 2017, a tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room, per night, will be charged at the hotel upon check-in/out.

– The rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

– Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast and WiFi.

– Bedding configuration (King/Twin) is subject to availability upon confirmation.

– Standard check-in time is from 3pm onwards; standard check-out time is by 12pm.

– Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability. One night full charge is applicable for pre-block request. Late check-out between 12pm-6pm is chargeable at 50% of room rate. A full night room rate will be chargeable after 6pm.
